Marketing Associate

Job Requirements: 

  1. Bachelor degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration or related disciplines with a keen interest in arts, culture and heritage

  2. Minimum of 3-5 years of solid experience working in Marketing, Branding Development or Communications

  3. Excellent command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) with strong presentation skill set

  4. Able to think out of the box, goal-oriented, self-starter, able to cope in a fast paced environment

  5. Strong communication skills and attention to detail 

  6. Excellent skill in Microsoft, Office and Adobe with basic knowledge of video editing

  7. Able to keep up with the current market trend, strategy and analysis

  8. Familiar with media and public relations experience

 

Job Responsibilities: 

  1. Work closely with Programme Team on all marketing communications relating to Music, Heritage and Social Enrichment Programmes including external collaborations, concerts, workshops, forums and festivals

  2. Oversee and implement marketing campaigns online and offline including but not limited to copywriting for marketing collaterals, including brochures, press releases, emails, newsletters and websites

  3. Create multi-channel marketing content strategy

  4. Develop Marketing budget and operating plan

Programme Associate

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor degree or above with minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in the performing arts and/or cultural management field

  2. Require to formulate and coordinate with various internal and external parties on curriculum / projects including developing budget and operating plan

  3. Excellent command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and presentation skills

  4. Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel , Power Point and Outlook

  5. Problem-solving skills, organized and detail-oriented

  6. Team-player with strong communication skills and able to think out of the box with immense creativity

  7. Hard-working and able to cope in fast-paced environment

  8. Applicant with less experience will be considered for a Programme Executive level post
     

Responsibilities: 

  1. Work closely with Programme Manager, Executive Director, Marketing team, teachers, instructors, vendors, strategic partners on daily operational routines

  2. Taking a proactive role to manage, implement and develop a comprehensive curriculum / events / courses and social outreach activities suitable for market needs and for all ages

  3. Establish the reputation of Haw Par Music as a professional and social institution

Marketing Executive
 

Requirements: 

  1. University degree holder with a keen interest in Marketing, Arts, Culture or Heritage

  2. Excellent command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)

  3. Able to think out of the box, hard-working, self-starter, able to cope in a fast paced environment

  4. Strong communication skills and attention to detail 

  5. Excellent skill in Microsoft, Office and Adobe with basic knowledge of video editing

  6. Able to keep up with the current market trend, strategy and analysis

 

Responsibilities:

  3. Create online campaigns, trend analytics and strategies, curate postings for all social media platforms and manage monthly calendar

  4. Manage and update the content management system (CMS) of the website on a regular basis

Programme Executive

  7. Willing to work irregular hours

 

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Work closely with Programme Associate and Marketing team

  2. Liaise with teachers, instructors, students, vendors, strategic partners on daily activities

  3. Assist to implement all curriculum / events / courses and social outreach activities

  4. Establish the reputation of the Foundation as a professional and social institution

Receptionist
 

Requirements :

  1. Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin

  2. Strong data entry and typing skills

  3. Proficient in MS office applications including MS Word, MS Excel and Chinese Word Processing

  4. Responsible, punctual, well-mannered and self-motivated

  5. Good telephone manner, strong interpersonal and communication skills

  6. Willing to work irregular hours eg Sundays and Public Holidays

  7. Able to work under pressure and a good team player

  8. Candidate with experience as receptionist, customer service or related field is an advantage
     

Responsibilities :

  1. Answering phone calls, address customer feedback via email and/or face to face; direct and greet visitors / guests

  2. Provide various clerical and administrative support

  3. Maintaining a good registration record and detailed information from incoming calls / outsiders

  4. Review, process and scan documents or other related information

  5. Handle ad-hoc tasks and assignments if necessary

Site Technician
 

  1. Provide all on-site technical support

  2. Ensure all technical safety measures and practices are up to standard

  3. Advise visitors / customers in proper preventive maintenance and operation

  4. Monitor suppliers and contractors in providing quality of work and progress

  5. Standby during events and activities to ensure smooth technical operation

  6. Technical inputs on new projects and developments

  7. Other ad hoc projects whenever necessary
