Marketing Associate
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration or related disciplines with a keen interest in arts, culture and heritage
- Minimum of 3-5 years of solid experience working in Marketing, Branding Development or Communications
- Excellent command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) with strong presentation skill set
- Able to think out of the box, goal-oriented, self-starter, able to cope in a fast paced environment
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Excellent skill in Microsoft, Office and Adobe with basic knowledge of video editing
- Able to keep up with the current market trend, strategy and analysis
- Familiar with media and public relations experience
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Programme Team on all marketing communications relating to Music, Heritage and Social Enrichment Programmes including external collaborations, concerts, workshops, forums and festivals
- Oversee and implement marketing campaigns online and offline including but not limited to copywriting for marketing collaterals, including brochures, press releases, emails, newsletters and websites
Programme Associate
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above with minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in the performing arts and/or cultural management field
- Require to formulate and coordinate with various internal and external parties on curriculum / projects including developing budget and operating plan
- Excellent command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and presentation skills
- Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel , Power Point and Outlook
- Problem-solving skills, organized and detail-oriented
- Team-player with strong communication skills and able to think out of the box with immense creativity
- Hard-working and able to cope in fast-paced environment
- Applicant with less experience will be considered for a Programme Executive level post
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Programme Manager, Executive Director, Marketing team, teachers, instructors, vendors, strategic partners on daily operational routines
- Taking a proactive role to manage, implement and develop a comprehensive curriculum / events / courses and social outreach activities suitable for market needs and for all ages
- Establish the reputation of Haw Par Music as a professional and social institution
Marketing Executive

- Liaise with teachers, instructors, students, vendors, strategic partners on daily activities

Receptionist
Requirements:
- Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Strong data entry and typing skills
- Proficient in MS office applications including MS Word, MS Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Responsible, punctual, well-mannered and self-motivated
- Good telephone manner, strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Willing to work irregular hours eg Sundays and Public Holidays
- Able to work under pressure and a good team player
- Candidate with experience as receptionist, customer service or related field is an advantage
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls, address customer feedback via email and/or face to face; direct and greet visitors / guests
- Provide various clerical and administrative support
- Maintaining a good registration record and detailed information from incoming calls / outsiders
- Review, process and scan documents or other related information
- Handle ad hoc tasks and assignments if necessary
Site Technician
- Provide all on-site technical support
- Ensure all technical safety measures and practices are up to standard
- Advise visitors / customers in proper preventive maintenance and operation
- Monitor suppliers and contractors in providing quality of work and progress
- Standby during events and activities to ensure smooth technical operation
- Technical inputs on new projects and developments
- Other ad hoc projects whenever necessary
